Rotary Pancakes on the Plaza
Art Show July 4, 2017.
The Rotary Club of Santa Fe invites you to apply for the juried Pancakes on the Plaza Art and Fine Craft Event. This is a juried show and no buy/sell will be permitted.
Location is on Palace Ave. on the Santa Fe Plaza. This is a one-day event with attendance of approximately 10,000.
All exhibitors must submit 3 photos or jpegs of the work to be exhibited. Only the work that is listed on the application will be permitted to be sold. All work that is exhibited must be the original creation of the artist. The artist must be present for the event. Artists will be asked to remove any items not listed on the application.
Booth size is not to exceed 10’ by 10’. Exhibitors must provide their own tent and equipment. All belongings must be kept within the assigned 10’ by 10’ area and each exhibitor is responsible for leaving the area clean at the shows end. No space may be sublet.
Set Up: Booths may be set up after 12 p.m. on July 3rd. Please, no early birds. Space assignment will be mailed to you prior to the show. No setting up on the morning of the show.
All booths subject to approval by the City of Santa Fe.
All exhibitors must have a NM tax (CRS) number.
We have only 60 spaces for this show and they are assigned on a first come basis. The show sold out last year, so apply early. Prior acceptance in previous shows does not guarantee acceptance in this year’s event.
BOOTH SHARING: If you plan to share a booth please complete separate applications and send them together.
Sign the application Please remember to sign the application. Incomplete applications will be returned and we will not be able to hold spaces. Please note that there are no guaranteed spaces and we must have your application and checks in hand before the application will be considered.
Silent Auction: The Rotary of Santa Fe will once again hold a silent auction. Each vendor who contributes an item with a retail value of 25 dollars or more will receive 2 tickets to the pancake breakfast.
The Rotary Club of Santa Fe shall not be held responsible for claims regarding accidents, injury, loss of property or loss of income regarding this event. This is a one day event that is subject to weather. No refunds will be given for inclement weather. The Rotary Club of Santa Fe reserves the right to reject any application for any reason.
Items needed for a completed application:
Two separate checks: one for Application Fee, One for Show Fee (the show fee check will not be cashed until you are accepted)
A self-addressed stamped envelope for return of Jury material and show information.
Application deadline is May 20, 2017, but the show may be filled before that date. Apply Early. This year the show is on a Tuesday.
All exhibitors must also provide the Santa Fe Special Events License form (link found below). This form must be included in the application regardless if a vendor has gotten a license from an earlier show in Santa Fe. Do not submit this form to the City of Santa Fe.
